The Cogent Fitness Challenge

What started as a simple step-tracking spreadsheet challenge during COVID has evolved into a fitness movement at Cogent, driven by team spirit, motivation and a shared commitment to well-being!

Now known as the Cogent Fitness Challenge, this initiative has grown with the support of a fitness app, helping us exceed all expectations. Whether it’s lunchtime walks through Dublin, cycling, pilates, running or team sports, the energy is nothing short of inspiring – and the results are impressive. With a combined total of over 6 million steps in just 3 weeks (the distance to New York or 12,000 circuits of a soccer pitch!), and 522 hours away from our desks, we’re not just tracking activity but actively supporting healthier, happier teams.
