Demolition works have commenced on the redevelopment of the 1960s Dorset Street flats on Dorset Street and Upper Dominick Street, providing 163 BER A-rated homes and community spaces.
The project will contribute to local regeneration, including enhanced public spaces and prioritise sustainability through the use of renewable energy systems and district heating. Cogent are providing Cost Management services to Dublin City Council.
