Project Completion for The Sorting Office

Fit Out of the Sorting Office, Cardiff Lane, Dublin has reached Project Completion.

This is a milestone for Cogent Associates, having been involved with the Sorting Office development since inception of the base build, to completion of the fit out. It is also an exciting week for TikTok employees as they move into their new 200,000sqft offices in the Sorting Office building, located on Dublin’s south docklands.

Ropemaker Place, Cardiff Lane wins Building of the Year Award 2021

We are delighted to announce that Ropemaker Place has won Building of the Year for the Residential Private Rented Sector.

Cogent Associates provided Project and Cost Management Services to Marlet Property Group for this Cardiff Lane development that began as a brownfield site.

It now boasts the LEED Platinum certified Sorting Office and award winning Ropemaker Place, high end apartments.

Testing & Commissioning at Cardiff Lane

Testing & Commissioning is underway in preparation for handover of the Sorting Office, Block 4 Cardiff Lane. Cogent Associates are providing both Cost and Project Management services to this Grade A commercial office building, to LEED Platinum standard. The mixed-use development includes commercial, retail and residential developments across 2 blocks.

We were delighted to read news of the purchase of the Sorting Office on Cardiff Lane. Cogent Associates provided both Project and Cost Management Services for Marlet Property Group Ltd. Our involvement included the management of the development of a masterplan for a mixed-use site between Cardiff Lane and Lime Street, which included contemporary and heritage buildings, integrated public realm along with commercial, retail and residential accommodation.
