Project Completion of Dublin Biomedical Facility

Project Completion has been reached of laboratory grade warehousing and offices for a multinational biomedical client in Dublin.

Cogent Construction Management Limited (CCML) provided one-stop-shop design and construction management services on this 25,000sqft new build and refurbishment project, that includes warehousing/storage areas, cold room storage, instrumentation lab, final packing area, meeting rooms and breakout spaces.
