Project Description.
Cogent Associates are leading the delivery of a new purpose built student accommodation development located on Western Road, Cork. The accommodation offers c.200 beds over 28 no. apartment types. The development has been designed to a high quality and includes a new central reception, media/meeting and communal areas.
This project also forms part of a wider roll out programme of c.1000 student beds with Global Student Accommodation (GSA).
