Project Description.
Fit-out of a 130,000ft2 office development for 200 traders in the IFSC over four floors. Works included a 120 nr. racks data centre, a café on three of the floors along with associated micro-kitchens, gym space with associated changing and
shower facilities, full building fabric upgrade (stone, glazing and roof) all with associated cellular office space and furniture.
