Project Description.
The project involved the demolition of an existing sheltered housing unit project and the erection of a new build construction of a seven storey residential apartment building including basement, external envelope with balconies, canopy installation and associated services and systems installation. The new building includes bedrooms, dining, kitchen and storage areas, plant room, associated landscaping works and green roof construction.
Cogent Associates assisted Focus Ireland from the prequalification stages all the way up to the final delivery of this much needed development in Dublin City Centre.
