Project Description.
This development comprises the provision of 220 1, 2 and 3 bed apartments on the site of the old St. Clare’s Convent and Bethany Orphanage. The project consists of the demolition and site clearance prior to constructing seven new buildings over a single storey basement and the restoration/renovation of two protected structures.
The development also comprises amenities spaces e.g. concierge, gym, creche, playgrounds and site landscaping. It is currently at tender stage and works are anticipated to start on site Q4 2018.
