Project Description.
Residential development with a GIFA of 4,600m² comprising 41nr high spec, energy efficient apartments in the city centre over 3 blocks constructed over a 41 space basement car park. This scheme incorporates renewable energy
technologies in accordance with Sustainable Energy Irelands Grant Thresholds for the renewable energy Grant Scheme. The scheme also included landscaping and water feature works.
