The accommodation offers a range of amenities and secure areas for residents including: Welcome Reception Area, Study Room/Classroom, Movie Screening Room, Communal Courtyard, Games Space, 110 Bike Store, Laundry Facilities, and Fitness Centre.
This is a further commission for Cogent Associates following Thomas Street, a new 260 student bed facility.
