Project Description.
Remodelling and upgrading of two office buildings built in early 2000’s (formerly Commerzbank and Guild House), to modern Grade A standard, whilst both buildings were occupied with sitting tenants.
The upgrade works included roofs, facades, lift cars, toilet cores, reception areas and elements of the primary plant.
