Project Description.
Development of a new 2,600m² Headquarters Building on a 7 acre site to centralise the Curragh and Leopardstown Racecourse offices. The building is principally open plan with some cellular offices, including a glazed entrance
foyer which can be showcased at night time by dramatic lighting including a sizeable Library / Archive.
