Project Description.
Fit-out of 70,000ft² of office space to accommodate c600 staff including the procurement and construction of the open plan office space, data centre, UPS, generators, serviced restaurant, barista coffee shop and new Mechanical and Electrical system.
The project required the full demolition of the existing CAT A and B fit out and phased procurement of the fit out for Fidelity International Limited.
