Demolition of existing An Post sorting office located on Cardiff Lane, construction of a 25,000m2 Grade A commercial office building to LEED Platinum standard over a single level basement.
The development includes a unitised façade system with extruded stone feature columns, green roof, CHP and a central Atrium with panoramic lifts.
