Project Description.
A new stand-alone building, over 16,000 sqft in area. The first of a series of biomedical facilities for a US multi-national. The building includes 3 laboratories, with ancillary changing areas and an open plan office area of circa. 1940sqft.
The Laboratory area of the new building has been constructed using steel portal frames.
