It was an early start for our site-based team last Thursday for the 1st main concrete pour of the 10,200sqm basement, post-tensioned slab on Project Opera, Limerick.
Following the successful pour, application of tension commenced on Friday once the concrete reached the necessary 10N strength. This initial pour forms part of the basement for One Opera Square which will be a 6-storey WiredScore, LEED and WELL Platinum-rated office building with a GIA of circa 15,000sqm, designed to NZEB Standards.
