Project Description.
High quality mixed use scheme in Belfast city centre based on an urban neighbourhood of individual buildings focused around a range of public spaces. The scheme covers 1,400,000ft² of retail and food services outlets.
The development includes a basement car park for 1,000 spaces and two residential blocks comprising 106 apartments in total, in a mix of medium & high rise buildings. The development is topped by a 150ft glazed dome that mirrors Belfast City Hall.
