Project Description.
Demolition of existing historic warehouse building located on Sir John Rogersons Quay and the construction of a 12,500m2 Grade A commercial office building to LEED Platinum standard over a single level basement.
The development includes a unitised façade system with extruded aluminium fins, green roof, and the refurbishment of a historic building intended to be included in the commercial building as a retail unit.
