Project Description.
Remodelling of an industrial unit into laboratory grade warehousing and office space in County Dublin. The existing building envelope has been upgraded to new Building Regulations and thermal U/Value standards.
The space includes warehousing/storage areas, final packing area, cold room storage, instrumentation lab, meeting room and breakout spaces. We provided one-stop-shop design and construction management services on this newbuild and refurbishment project.
