Deirdre is a Member of the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland and holds a BSc in Quantity Surveying.
Deirdre is an Associate Director at Cogent Associates where she leads the delivery of cost management services across residential, healthcare and retail developments. Deirdre has worked across various sectors of the construction industry, and has an in depth knowledge and expertise in public procurement and the administration of public works contracts.
